Psychology and Behaviour Support Services

Positive Behaviour Support (NDIS)

We provide individualised, neuroaffirming behaviour support for children and adults who display behaviours of concern or experience challenges with emotional regulation.

Our support focuses on understanding the underlying needs of behaviour and building skills, safety, and quality of life.


 This may include:

  • Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) 
  • Behaviour Support Plans (interim and comprehensive) 
  • Strategies to reduce behaviours of concern 
  • Capacity building for emotional regulation and daily functioning 
  • Support across home, community, and supported living environments 
  • Collaboration with families, support workers, and other professionals

Psychology (NDIS, Medicare)

We provide individualised, neuroaffirming psychology support for children and adults experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, or mental health challenges.
Our support focuses on understanding each person’s strengths, needs, and goals while building wellbeing, confidence, coping skills, and meaningful participation in daily life.


This may include:

  • Assessment and therapeutic support for anxiety, emotional regulation, and behaviour challenges
  • Support for autism, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals
  • Building confidence, resilience, and social-emotional skills
  • Parent coaching and family support
  • Strategies for school, work, relationships, and everyday functioning
  • Collaboration with families, educators, support teams, and other professionals

Parent & Carer Coaching

We support parents and carers with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to respond to big emotions, reduce stress, and feel more confident in supporting their child or the person in their care.

  • Responding to meltdowns and escalation 
  • Building routines and consistency 
  • Supporting emotional regulation 
  • Reducing family stress and burnout

School, Day Program & Team Collaboration

At Beanstalks Allied Health, we offer tailored behaviour support plans that address the unique needs of each individual. Our approach is neuroaffirming and focuses on understanding the underlying reasons for behaviours of concern. We aim to enhance emotional regulation, safety, and overall quality of life across various environments, including home, community, and supported living.
